Coupon Code Use Policy

This policy applies whenever you use a coupon, promotional, referral, or partner code (each a “Coupon Code”) for an eligible A3 iFrame plan, add-on, or service. By applying a Coupon Code, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and availability

Coupon Codes are valid only for the offer, products, period, country, currency, and customer group stated with that offer.
Unless an offer says otherwise, a Coupon Code may be used once per account and once per eligible purchase.
Offers may be limited by time or number of redemptions. A code may stop working once its expiry date or redemption limit is reached.
Your A3 iFrame account must be in good standing to use a Coupon Code.

2. How to redeem a Coupon Code

Enter the code in the coupon field at checkout before completing payment. The discount displayed in your order summary is the amount that will apply.

Please check before paying. Coupon Codes cannot normally be added after an order is completed. We do not provide a retroactive discount or credit for an unused code.

3. What the discount covers

Eligible plan, add-on, or service	The stated discount applies to the current listed price at checkout.
Taxes, gateway fees, or other charges	Not discounted unless the specific offer clearly says they are included.
Custom work, consulting, or quoted services	Not eligible unless the written offer specifically includes them.
Other promotions, credits, or coupons	Cannot be combined unless we clearly state otherwise.

4. Restrictions

Coupon Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred unless A3 iFrame expressly permits it.
Do not create duplicate accounts, use automated methods, or take any action intended to obtain an unfair benefit from a promotion.
A Coupon Code does not reduce a past purchase, renewal, or invoice unless the offer specifically says it does.
If an offer includes a free period, its duration, renewal price, and any cancellation conditions will be shown at checkout or in the offer details.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and renewals

If an eligible order is cancelled or refunded under our Terms of Service, the Coupon Code value is not refundable in cash. Unless a promotion expressly covers renewals, the Coupon Code applies only to the initial eligible purchase.

6. Errors, misuse, and changes

We may decline, suspend, or cancel a Coupon Code or affected order where there is an error, fraud, misuse, or a breach of this policy. We may change, pause, or end a promotion at any time; a confirmed discount on a completed eligible order will not be affected except where necessary to address fraud, misuse, or an error.

7. Questions about a Coupon Code

If a code does not work or you believe a discount was applied incorrectly, contact us before completing payment where possible. Include the code, selected plan, and a screenshot of the checkout message—never payment information.
