Your dashboard is home base for everything you do in A3 iFrame. After you sign in, you land here, and from one place you can manage your sites, keep an eye on your usage, handle billing, and reach support. Here's a tour of what you'll find.
Your sites
The heart of the dashboard is your list of sites. For each one you can open it, view it live on its *.myfolio.name subdomain, edit its content, manage its navigation menu, and regenerate the design. This is also where you create a new site to start the document-to-website flow described in building your first website, step by step.
How many sites you can have depends on your plan. The Free plan includes 1 website, Starter includes 3, Growth includes 10, and Business Pro includes 25. If you need more on your current plan, the Extra Sites Pack add-on adds 5 sites.
Usage
Your plan includes a monthly regeneration limit, and the dashboard helps you keep track of how many you've used. Regenerations reset each month. Knowing where you stand helps you decide when to regenerate for a fresh design versus when to fine-tune your existing site in the editor. The monthly limits are 3 on Free, 10 on Starter, 50 on Growth, and 200 on Business Pro, and the AI Regeneration Boost add-on adds 50 more per month.
Account and billing
From your account and billing area you can:
- See your current plan and what it includes.
- Upgrade, change, or manage your subscription.
- Add or remove add-ons such as a Custom Domain, Priority Support, or the E-commerce Store.
- Manage your profile, invite team members up to your plan limit, and update security settings.
Your profile settings are also where you can export your account data or request account deletion if you ever need to, in line with privacy regulations.
Support
If you get stuck, support is never far away. You can browse this Knowledge Base for self-service answers, or open a support ticket from support. Tickets get a reference number that looks like TKT-000123 so you can follow the conversation. If you're on Business Pro or have the Priority Support add-on, your tickets get a 4-hour response target.
Finding your way around
A few tips as you explore:
- Start from the sites list to open or create a site.
- Check usage before a big round of regenerations.
- Visit billing when you're ready to add features or grow.
The dashboard is designed so you rarely need to leave it. If you can't find something, open a ticket from support and we'll point you in the right direction.
