Invoices and payment methods

Where to find your invoices, how the billing cycle works, what's non-refundable, and how to keep your payment details up to date.

This article covers the practical side of paying for A3 iFrame: where your invoices live, how the billing cycle works, what's refundable, and how to update your payment details.

Where to find your invoices

Your invoices and billing history are in your account's billing settings inside your dashboard. There you can review past charges for your plan and any add-ons. Keep these for your own records and accounting.

How the billing cycle works

Your subscription renews automatically on a recurring cycle — monthly or yearly, depending on the option you chose. Each renewal covers the upcoming period, and any active add-ons are billed alongside your plan. Yearly billing is cheaper than paying month by month for the same plan.

  • Monthly: billed each month and renews on the same date.
  • Yearly: billed once for the year, at a lower effective rate.

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing; the new cycle applies at your next renewal. See managing your subscription for details.

What's non-refundable

Payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your plan simply won't renew after that — you're not charged again. Because of this, it's worth choosing monthly billing while you're still evaluating, then moving to yearly once you're settled.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Plan ahead before your renewal date if you want to change or stop your plan.

Updating your payment details

You can update your card or other payment information at any time in your billing settings. Keep your details current so a renewal doesn't fail. To update them:

  1. Open billing settings in your dashboard.
  2. Edit your saved payment method.
  3. Save your changes.

If a payment fails — for example because a card expired — update your details promptly so your access isn't interrupted. Once your payment method is current, the renewal can complete normally.

A note on add-ons and plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are reflected in your billing, while downgrades and cancellations apply from your next period. Add-ons can be added or removed as needed and appear as separate lines alongside your plan. For the full add-on list and prices, see add-ons explained, and check plans and what's included to compare the value of upgrading against stacking add-ons.

If an invoice or charge looks wrong, or you can't find a record you expected, open a ticket from your dashboard with the relevant details and we'll review it for you.
