You can change your A3 iFrame plan whenever your needs change — there's no long-term lock-in. This article covers upgrading and downgrading, choosing monthly or yearly billing, and what happens when you cancel.
Where to manage your plan
Your plan and billing live in your account settings inside your dashboard. From there you can see your current plan, your billing cycle, and the option to change or cancel.
Upgrading
Upgrading takes effect right away so you can use the higher limits and any newly unlocked features immediately. For example, moving from Starter to Growth unlocks custom domain support, advanced analytics, and the SEO toolkit. To upgrade:
- Open your account or billing settings in your dashboard.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Confirm and complete payment.
Your new site, regeneration, and team-member limits apply as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.
Downgrading
You can also move to a lower plan. Before downgrading, make sure your usage fits within the lower plan's limits — for instance, the number of published sites and team members. A downgrade takes effect from your next billing period, so you keep your current features until then.
Monthly vs yearly billing
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is cheaper than paying month by month. For example, Growth is $79/mo or $790/yr. You can switch your billing cycle in your billing settings; the new cycle applies at your next renewal.
Need a bit more, not a bigger plan?
If you only need extra capacity in one area, an add-on may be more cost-effective than upgrading. Add-ons stack on any plan — see add-ons explained.
Cancelling
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it won't renew. In other words, you keep access until the end of your current billing period — you don't lose it the moment you cancel. After that, your account moves to the Free plan's limits, so review which sites and features you want to keep before the period ends.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Payments already made are non-refundable — see invoices and payment methods for details.
Updating payment details
You can update your card or other payment details in your billing settings at any time. Keeping them current avoids a failed renewal, which could interrupt access.
If a plan change doesn't look right, or you're unsure which option fits, open a ticket from your dashboard and we'll take a look.
