Email verification and login issues

Not getting the verification email, can't sign in, or need a password reset? Here are the fixes for the most common login problems.

You sign in to A3 iFrame with your email address and password, and new accounts verify their email before they can fully use the platform. If you are stuck at verification or cannot sign in, the cause is usually simple. Work through the steps below.

You didn't get the verification email

After signing up, you should receive an email asking you to verify your address. If it has not arrived:

  1. Wait a couple of minutes. Email can take a short while to arrive.
  2. Check spam and other folders. Look in spam, junk, and any promotions or updates tabs.
  3. Confirm the address. Make sure you signed up with the exact email you are checking — a typo in the address is a common cause.
  4. Resend it. Use the option to resend the verification email from the sign-in or verification screen.

If your email provider filters unknown senders, adding our address to your contacts can help future messages arrive reliably.

Why verification matters

Verifying your email confirms the address belongs to you and is required before you can fully use your account, including signing in and certain account actions. Once you click the link in the verification email, your account is confirmed and you can continue.

You can't sign in

If sign-in is failing, check the basics first:

  • Confirm you are using the correct email address for the account.
  • Check for typos, accidental spaces, or caps lock when typing your password.
  • Make sure your account email is verified — an unverified account can be blocked from signing in.
  • Try a different browser or a private window to rule out a saved or outdated session.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password or it is not being accepted, use the password reset option on the sign-in page:

  1. Choose the "forgot password" or reset option and enter your account email.
  2. Open the reset email and follow the link.
  3. Set a new, strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

Reset emails go to your sign-in address, so make sure you have access to that inbox. For tips on choosing a secure password, see Keeping your account secure.
