A3 iFrame doesn't fill in a template. It builds a real website from scratch using your document, and it does so through a three-stage AI pipeline. Understanding those stages helps you see why each site is unique and how to get the best results.
The three stages
Stage A — reading your document
First, the AI reads and normalizes the document you uploaded. It extracts the meaningful content, such as your name or business name, your About text, your services, and your contact details, and organizes it into a clean, consistent structure. This is why a focused, well-written document matters: the clearer your content, the better the AI understands it. Word, PDF, and text files are read directly, while images are interpreted with AI vision. This stage runs the same way whether your content came from a document you uploaded or from the Describe your site with AI option, so the rest of generation is identical either way.
Stage B — designing the blueprint
Next, the AI designs a creative blueprint for your site. This is where it decides the color palette, the layout, and which sections to include and in what order. Your design preferences and your short design instruction guide this stage, nudging the look and tone toward what you want while the AI handles the actual design decisions. The result is a plan tailored to your specific content rather than a one-size-fits-all layout.
Stage C — writing the code
Finally, the AI writes the website itself as a Next.js application, following the blueprint from Stage B. The site is then published as a statically exported app served over a global CloudFront CDN with automatic HTTPS, so it's fast and reliable. It goes live on a free subdomain like yourname.myfolio.name, ready to view and share.
Why every site is unique
Because the design happens fresh in Stage B each time, every generation produces a unique design. There's no shared template underneath, so two people who upload similar documents still get different sites, and even regenerating your own site gives you a brand-new look. How long it takes
The full pipeline runs in minutes, not hours or days. You can start a generation and leave the tab open while the AI works through all three stages. When it finishes, your site is already published and you can open it right away.

Since the AI builds from your inputs, a few habits make a big difference:
